yeah, i think vegas and atlantic city don't believe in DST... but time doesn't really exist there, so its all pretty moot if they don't have any clocks to roll back/forward.

Wouldn't it be strange to have a place where time doesn't exist? Like any kind of timekeeping device would be outlawed? It would be very eerie...

the absense of time is actually quite refreshing. though it sucks if it lasts longer than a week or 2 :D
