yeah, i think vegas and atlantic city don't believe in DST... but time doesn't really exist there, so its all pretty moot if they don't have any clocks to roll back/forward.

Wouldn't it be strange to have a place where time doesn't exist? Like any kind of timekeeping device would be outlawed? It would be very eerie...
