No one can connect to my server.

I have opened ports 27960 [udp] and 27950 [tcp], and have tried multiple times to host a server.

No one can join, they are just stuck at "awaiting challenge."

I can host games fine with UT2004, though.

Are there more ports that need opening?

nope, you should be good. you ARE giving them your ISP assigned IP address, right? i've seen dumber things happen.
