Are you serious?!
Bonham redefined rock drumming. Page and Plant credit John Paul Jones with being the creative genius of Zeppelin.
Page was a mediocre guitar player who had a knack for writing blues-based riffs in E. Plant simply stole a lot of their lyrics from old blues players and sang them 3 octaves higher

if by 'knack' you mean talent, then ok. If you mean blind luck, then wtf are you thinking? he had a 'knack' for writing some of the greatest licks ever??i think i am wrote:Are you serious?!

Well, they'll rake in the money from people who just want to say they saw Led Zeppelin live.
I wouldn't go see them even if I was given free tickets. Why would I want to see one of the worlds greatest bands tressed up and playing some golden oldies if not just for the bragging rights?
I've seen some great bands on reunion tours and such, and it just depresses me. I could be wrong, but seriously, what are the chances that this will be good?
I'd like to see the old guys give it a go, but I'm afraid it will be an abomination and a last ditch attempt to pad their retirement fund. Sorry for being so cynical. :icon8:

I'll call myself an honorary teenager (I'm 21) but I and a couple of friends would love to see them live - as well as lots of other bands from that generationDukester wrote:It's for people who were teeneagers when zep was big.
It's not for people who are teenagers now.
You guys stay home and talk shit on the messge boards.

Still a chance i guess. I would love to see it happen even though its probably bs, Plant sounds nothing like he used to but it would still be something worth seeing imo.

Music wise, they will own, Plant prolly wont hit the highs like in his youth.l0g1c wrote:Well, they'll rake in the money from people who just want to say they saw Led Zeppelin live.

Did you see when Waters, and Pink Floyd reunited? Dudes are the same age and it was nothing short of spectacular.
