Logitech V270 Problem

Well to go with my new Toshiba Tecra A9 I decided to get the Logitech V270 Bluetooth mouse to go with it, so I could have a mouse with absolutely no wires or dongles. I cannot get this thing to work with Windows Vista Buisness. Everytime I connect it the mouse slowly moves to the left and up and won't accept any commands from the V270, only the touchpad. Anyone know why this is?
