Holy fucking shit

I almost got fired today because I ride the bus and choose not to own a car.
I work the evening shift, partially because I'm a night person, and partially because I can't make a 5:30 am start time on the bus schedule. They surprise me yesterday by saying I need to be in at 6 am (Also meaning I get up at 4 am, but regardless it was never mentioned anywhere before then that it may be a requirement of my job) to do some job shadowing or some shit. I told them the earliest I could get there was 6:30. I got a meeting request for 9 am this morning in my outlook with the VP. I go up there not sure what to expect, and he gives me a whole fucking speech about "professionalism" and "what it means to be a professional". "What if you had brain surgery and your surgeon was worrying about transportation, not sure if he could make it to surgery at 6 am? Is that professional? Would you want to have him operate?" He flat out told me that taking the bus was unprofessional and I had better find a way to get to work by 6 am the whole following week. "Take a taxi, rent a car, or ride your bike, you need to figure that out... Oh, and is it professional to have to be worrying about your transportation all day? You need to be focused here."
What the fuck you dickhead?
needless to say, both this guy's first and last names are synonyms for penis, I kid you not. Still not sure how I'm going to get to work except to wake up at 3 am and cycling on my shitty bike 30 miles of highway.
