Nice design, I especially like what you did with the hair. The feet look a bit too big imo, even for a cartoon/manga character. And yeah, some wireframes and texture examples would be nice :)

it's too high for q3 though, but a engine fix can fix that fine

Hmmmm.....o.O

Well, her tits need might still need more verts...I want to see true to life deformation on those babies !!!

Chick is pretty hot, nice concept, texture is looking good, maybe a bit low res, using 512 x 512 ?? It will probably deform very nicely when you animate her...but don't conform to q3 animation list, do some promo work just for fun...you know, like licking, and uh, over the head leg shots...:P ( remember to turn off inverse kenetics, then you'll really have some fun....^_^ )

I think the feet might look oversized because the ankles are so skinny causing a major contrast in the form. If you study the anatomy of a cat, preferably of the foot, you will notice it has a spring like heel that slopes upwards before the ankle joint, not a huge bulb for a heel. Unless your idea was for a real woman dressed in a cat costume, then it wouldn't matter I guess.

Cool model...
