Read it over again, specially the first screen shot. They completed a PayPal transaction, then one of them received a WoW account, after getting the account info, he cancels the PayPal transaction, pissing off the other guy. So he gets his info and number from PayPal transaction records.

Eh, its kinda funny but not hilarious. This kind of thing happens a lot. Hell, I got some dude to pay me over $400 for a character that I still play. I originally meant to sell it to him but it was too easy to steal it back because I had to approve any changes he made to the account and I just never approved them.
This is why ebay no longer lets you sell virtual items because its too hard to protect the parties involved.

That's some real character you've displayed there. Haven't you posted about your stuff being stolen before and how pissed off that makes you?

I don't think anyone enjoys having something taken from them. I would be willing to bet that everyone does one thing or another that they wouldn't want done back to them.
Yeah the difference there would be most people would do that one thing and then regret/rectify it. Whereas you're apparently proud of the fact that you ripped some guy off $400 (which is a significant amount of cash).

Outright theft isn't usually among the things that "everyone" does. You should man up and repay the guy that you ripped off.
