Nope. Pretty much every time he gets in trouble he's found guilty of whatever, does some community service and pays some hefty fines, then goes right back to being a drunken fucktard until the cycle inevitably repeats.

I think the fact that the guy jumped on him and started to dry hump him could feasibly be looked at as assault if his lawyers wanted to portray it that way - unwanted contact or whatever. Hell, it could even be construed as sexual assault by a good lawyer I'm sure. So if they wanted to go all the way through a trial with this, I think a good lawyer would have a good shot at the argument that he was attempting to get someone off of him who was 'assaulting' him (in the loose, but legal, sense of the term). So maybe they'll settle out of court if both parties agree on something - if the curly haired homo thinks going to trial might end up with him getting nada a settlement might be an attractive option. I think a good move would be for Bonaduce to press charges against him though just to keep the whole thing really going.

And yea, that's about as much thought as I think I can give that one...

On the whole lawsuit/assault thing, I have one question:

How can it be illegal to remove somebody who was grappling around you against your will? It's not like he intentionally tried to bodyslam the guy -- honestly, he just used the quickest and most efficient means possible to get him off.

Any asshole who wants to jump on another man like that and pretend they're humping him -- especially in full view of thousands of people -- is taking their chances. What did he think would happen, did he think he would start making out with him? This is Danny Bonaduce we're talking about here - it's not like he has a reputation for being a softspoken pacifist.

I applaud this as much as I applauded Jon Lovitz slamming Andy Dick's head into a bar. Because, just like Andy Dick, if this guy wants to be on television, he should be able to do it on his own merit, without using other people as his comic props.
