On Internet it seems that what is generally so called police is doing the same thing which has been going well in real so far.
The basic concept(law) is

"Never show the targets the truth!"

In other words

"Fence in the surrounding environment with every sort of falsity!"

That all being said, we can now reach the state to analyze what is going on on Internet.
Tons of dummy blogs, dummy accounts, dummy comments, namely dummy spamming.
Porn and online casino.
Why?
To sustain the current state of domination in real, the dominators need to stop the flow, a flow from one target to another , by all means, at all costs.
The flow should only go from targets(slaves) to suckers(pirates)... via chain made of paper or illusion, namely, money.
Not from targets to targets.

This is the very fundamental law which is supporting the current cockiness all over the werld, that is, imperial capitalizm.

i think the basic concept is that you have the "haves" and the "have-nots". then what happens is two things: the 'have-nots' want what the 'haves' have, and the 'haves' want the 'have-nots' to want what the 'haves' have. it's human nature and it leads to pretty much everything.

What makes harm is the mal-use of it by what is so called justice(police).
At the same time we have to think about the definition of mal-use, which may be a difficult question.
