I have to regret to say

In q3w today I have to regret to say that moderators are too narrow-minded.
They don't allow avatars larger than 64x64px.
They don't even allow users to edit it freely.
They, more often than not, lock the topic which is not nice to them yet worthy to discuss.

Now I ask you normal users here that who should be the moderators.
I beleive that I can change the q3w better.
