Roll over image

I'm sure there is a way to do this, but I can't seem to figure it out.

I have a roll over image but I also want it to be an email link. Can I do it?

First image is created in Photoshop as a name and then when you put the mouse on it an image [photo] comes up. I cant seem to get it right to also make it an email link.

At first because it is a rollover image you have the option of putting in a url. I didnt think you could put a mailto instead.

But you can, so problem solved.

you can have a rollover on almost any element you'd like. it doesnt even need a link
