Using the scrollwheel button.

Post by LionHeart »

Hello

I have found that currently using the scrollwheel button as a third mouse button is not working on the "Genius Traveler 100" series. I can not make or bind any action to that specific button, because it simply does not respond. I have updated the mouse drivers but nothing... do you know guys something I can do to solve this situation

I know there is a patch for the Logitech mouse, but I think this does not apply in this case.

Thanks a lot 4 your comments!

Try uninstalling the drivers and using the windows default mouse driver instead. Sometimes that may work better if your mouse has poorly written drivers.

In control panel -> mouse you should be able to set the windows 'action' for each mouse button.

The middle button has to be set to the 'Mouse3' action in windows for it to be bindable.

This is from memory, and on logitechs. The genius one is probably the same story...
