How to make Linux version run on Windows?

Does anyone know how to make a linux version of quake 3 arena run on a windows xp computer?

Easy as pie. Copy the baseq3 directory from your CD to your hard drive, download the 1.32 and 1.32c point-releases and run them consecutively.

Just to be clear: download the Windows point releases, not the Linux ones.
