I have a friend whos motherboard died and he does not have the product key on the case.

It is an older system, socket A, windows xp home. I can access his hard drive as a slave to mine. So, is there a way to find his product key?

theres a keyfinder tool thingy that can distill to whom its registered to, and what key was used.

dont know the name of it but its often linked to warez, so prolly not a good idea to post here even if you do find it
