are thre console codes to lower ping in the game

Go look up what 'ping' means and you'll see why this is a dumb question.
There are some console settings that can alter the reported ping in the game but the actual try time between your PC and the server can't be altered.

/snaps 40 in console in case the server is sv_fps 25 or 30.
