Getting rid of 'Links' in IE

You know the 'links' button next to the 'Go' button, top right of IE6? Well even though I right click and remove the tick for 'Links' it always reappears when I open IE. How do I permanently remove it? :confused: Thanks.

Click me That link is for a tweak that will let you permanently remove Links.
