it seems Xp is getting harder to repair.
i have a computer that boots fine then logs off and reboot, all options "F8" ,safe mode , disable auto restart on system failure etc .. same thing happens
then xp bootdisk repair , can't work because admin password which i already know and type properly "works on log on screen but not xp bootdisk" boot with linux xp boot cd /password crack--er .. disable xp admin password ,make a new admin password, delete all passwords "like i have done too many times" and it still refuses to log me in as admin
i am forced to reformat restart
next computer .. won't allow an xp bootdisk repair because it requires files for the hard disk to be seen "ACER's way of making sure you use their rescue disks which of course no one can find"
next computer , create restore point then disable some spyware items that gobble 40 mb ram on a 284 meg system and 128 shared memory "some fired idiot put a password to the bios and i can't reduce shared memory" to help this poor ram starved system ... boots fine then logs off .. same as the other Acer bastard.
reboot to restore but same as the Acer system all bootup options "F8" won't save me.
boot with xp disk .. NO WINDOWS INSTALLATION FOUND ..ARGGGGGGGGGGGG
people come to me and lately i am left looking like a total idiot where before i was saving peoples Virus filled asses.
anyone have a clue what i missed?
