So we have an asshole who wants to use a genius' idea or power and turn it into a military weapon and it turns out said asshole ultimately ends up becoming the weapon wherein the hero is the only way to destroy the bad-guy man-weapon as such the bad guy now becomes the hero/inspiration of bad guy's weapon of choice (which is also a story tag in Resident Evil) and it turns into a fight with two huge, thundering powerhouses smacking each other over the tits with motorcycles and buses.?

Hmmmm...sounds exactly like the plot to Iron Man....which I just finished watching.
