Laptop Cooling solution?

My cheapo laptop gets hot as fuck during use. I burn my hand after 1 second if I touch after watching HD video for a while.

What can I do about this?

Any other add-ons you can recommend to alleviate the problem?

Any of those lap coolers is the best bet, the other idea is to pull, clean, and Appply some nice thermal Grease ( like Artic silver) to the HSF's.

i've done it to a few lappy's and its made a huge diffrence.
