About pass word???

What is it that when we type our pass word from our home we still see only black dots...
They are even hidden from us?
Is there an applet to fix that?

Its to prevent anyone who is looking over your shoulder from seeing the password. The OS isn't self-aware and works the same whether you're at home or using a public computer.

I like that the xbox UI stars them out.



Despite the fact that you're slowly dragging a blinking cursor around a giant onscreen keyboard, highlighting each letter you press as you go.

Thank god those stars prevent people from seeing what I typed!
