You gotta see this...

These people are offering to send your loved ones an email after the rapture happens. So when you're taken up to heaven, the people that are left to suffer the wrath will get one last email from you. Ya...they are for real.

So how can they send an email AFTER the rapture unless they've been left behind themselves?
I hear Heaven's routers are having problems lately and several billion emailed prayers were accidentally lost.

Re: You gotta see this...
well, if the rapture itself doesn't help one to change... and the ability to network computers is till there once it does happen (email omg), why spend 40 bucks on a email when all they have to do is google.

Re: You gotta see this...
Only 40 bucks a year too...
Thats actually as close to the perfect scam as you could invent. You collect checks and no one can say you didnt hold up your end of the deal cause they havent been raptured yet. And if they have been raptured, and you somehow overlooked sending the emails, its not like they can float back down to earth and take you on the peoples court for a refund can they?

Re: You gotta see this...
If rapture happens, I'm pretty sure I'll be a little preoccupied with all the brimstone and death and overall chaos of the apocalypse to really find the time to check my email. "Oh... no, pestilence on my front door... oh... an email from Aunt Maureen! *click*"

I should start a competing business where I promise to hand deliver fruit baskets with a cheerful fuck-u-forever card.
Re: You gotta see this...
or for the nonbelievers you can start selling real estate on the moon...oh wait
Re: You gotta see this...
ytf would people want to send documents to their non-saved friends after the Rapture, isn't the world supposed to fall apart after that? Why would anyone need important documents when the world is being destroyed? It doesn't make sense.
This is just another money making scheme hiding behind a Christian facade.

But fill it with plastic bananas, carrots, cucumbers and other phallic shaped things so they could take you up on the offer.

Re: You gotta see this...
They say the system is set up to send the mass emails if the people who run the site fail to log in for 3 days (and there are some failsafes in there apparently). Must assume they will be taken.GONNAFISTYA wrote:So how can they send an email AFTER the rapture unless they've been left behind themselves?

This site begs to be hacked and for that mass email to be altered and sent out.
Re: You gotta see this...
laugh at it all you want, but they are taking advantage of the spastics who are paying money for this. cashing up all the way to the bank.
Re: You gotta see this...
Dammit. Why didn't I think of this? Charge lots of money for a service they'll never be able to check up on and sold to some of the most gullible people on the planet.

I had half a mind to do just that but then decided against it. For those of you who want to give it a shot, it's running IIS 6.0 with ASP.NET 2.0.50727, FileZilla Server 0.9.24 beta and MS Terminal Server. OS is probably Windows Server 2003 SP1 or SP2.tnf wrote:This site begs to be hacked and for that mass email to be altered and sent out.
