Microsoft will do anthing to convince all those resisting people to walk away from XP and "upgrade".

If I didn't already use Vista, seeing Seinfeld promote it would keep me on XP forever.

I'd get Kramer and have him yelling
"DON'T BE A NIGGER, USE VISTA"

I think probably the main push of this marketing campaign is to get the corporate sector to abandon XP.

I haven't upgraded from XP and I doubt Microsoft cares.

The ads will feature Seinfeld and Bill Gates. Gates is more interesting than Seinfeld. I LOL'd at his last day at work vids.

There's two of them already. Neither make any sense, or really even mention Microsoft or Windows at all.

oh hey, that made no sense at all

If i may make a suggestion, they have this whole concept backwards. They shouldnt be putting Seinfeld into MS commercials, they should make a whole new season of Seinfeld starring an extra character, Bill Gates. Then torment the shit out of that uncharasmatic fucker.

I liked vista until I came to korea. Apparently there's a reason nobody here uses it- vista is incompatible with most korean software, fucking useless, even with compatibility mode. I wish I brought my XP pro cd instead of Vista ultimate. :disgust:

I retract this statement.

I have no fucking idea why these commercials were made.

I just found out I went to high school with both of those guys and am afraid I may have picked on one of them, but can't quite remember. I do recall an incident where one of them was in a car that mistakenly pulled into a friend of mine's driveway late at night, and when a couple of us went out to see who it was, all we could hear was "oh shit...back up back up back up back up go go go" as I think they figured we were coming to harass them instead of just saying 'hows it going' as we were all drunk off our asses and very friendly at the time.

Krahulik would do artwork for the yearbooks and whatnot, drawing comic book characters and the like.

You realize that people might think you're talking about Seinfeld and Gates...
