SERVER SETUP QUESTION PLEASE HELP WITH THIS

I HAVE RENTED A SERVER FROM GAMESERVERS.COM AND WOULD LIKE TO MAKE IT A RAIL AND TURRET SERVER BUT I DONT REALLY KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I HAVE BEEN GIVEN WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A TURRET CFG BUT IT DOES NOT WORK.

I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE ANY HELP WITH THIS AS IT IS MESSING WITH MY HEAD.

umm im not sure about servers but you could google it you might find an answer on yahoo answers
