Is Q3W on this list?

Post by Whiskey 7 »

Article is headed - China to 'clean up' the internet
The Chinese authorities have launched a fresh campaign to get rid of unhealthy, vulgar and pornographic content on the internet.

The authorities have also published the names of 19 websites that have failed to heed requests to get rid of unsuitable material.

Anyone seen or heard of this? I'd like to see their list :p

Any concerns given their numbers [Racism - No fact] and that they could change the :q3: world as we know it?

I posted to Q3W perfectly fine while I was in China off of free Wifi connections in Beijing. Couldn't connect to IRC, though.

What if this is a fake to hide real intention or true image?
In any case the key is controlling people.

if they want to clean up the internets they should tell their citizens to stop hammering on my ssh box trying to use log in scripts when i'm obviously running key-auth only. >:E

China believes it has a duty to protect public morality.
I cant stop laughing.

It'll possibly end up with ISP blocking the sites anyway, GL cleaning the internet
