Trying Outlook 2003 as a email program. However, I am have trouble switching between accounts, or identities.

I have googled this but havent found a good solution.

Can someone here please advise on how to swtich identities using Outlook.

Are both accounts yours? If not, set up the other person their own Windows user account. Thats would be the simplest way to keep mail, files, media, etc separate on a shared system.

Yes, both email accounts are mine. Havent used Outlook at until now and find it hard to switch between account or identities like you can with outlook express

You don't need to switch between identities in Outlook, that was a badly designed holdover from the Outlook Express days. In Outlook you can have multiple accounts open at once, all viewable on the left side of the screen. Just choose Folder List on the bottom left.
