please just a step-by-step list on how to compile the q3a so

can somebody pls post a step-by-step guide (noob version pls lol) on how to compile the q3a source code? hope i am not asking too much. btw i have Microsoft Visual C++ 2008. i have searched everywhere and could not find an easy, understandable guide for noobs on how to compile the source.
