The Moon. Gay?
Re: The Moon. Gay?
What I don't get about a lot of these web cartoons is how they can take a simple concept and pun, but instead of bringing it with a Sharp punchline, they dress it up in acres of text. By the end of the cartoon, I've simply lost interest.
So either make it a quick, witty cartoon OR write a real column about it so you can more thoroughly undermine the subject you're trying to ridicule. At least your stupid 3-year-old like drawings won't be able to ruin it then.

What I don't get about a lot of your posts, Eraser, is that you analyze everything to death instead of just enjoying it for what it is...

What I do get about a lot of your posts, xer0s, is that you never think of anything with a sense of instrinic wonder or even want to understand something for what it is...xer0s wrote:What I don't get about a lot of your posts, Eraser, is that you analyze everything to death instead of just enjoying it for what it is...

Even animals have adaptive abilities. He adopted to the reality that he cannot comprehend things in a meaningful way, so he downplays their importance and tries to get by from random whispers at Best Buy.

Also, there is nothing worse than a long winded joke...humor just doesn't work that way.
Even stand up comedians that do 1 hour shows, know to land each punchline at no more than 2-3 sentences apart.

Wasn't it sort of the other way around with the whole Rage saga? Everyone was focussing so much on the crappy up-close textures and Eraser was just enjoying the game and arguing against such trivial botherations.xer0s wrote:What I don't get about a lot of your posts, Eraser, is that you analyze everything to death instead of just enjoying it for what it is...

FFS, relax, Randy. So you didn't find it funny, was there really any need for that sort of outburst?Scourge wrote:It wasn't enjoyable.

I for one am shocked and appalled by Randy's inability to improve his temperament.

Guys, I'm really getting concerned about Randy here, he does have access to firearms, after all. A temper like that, lots of guns and alcohol around. Damn, what's going to happen the next time he has a taillight out on his house? Fucking armageddon, that's what. Wholesale slaughter. I really fear for all nine of the dogs living under his porch.

That's it, I've loaded up the AK and everclear, drained the sewer tank, and I'm hitting the road. Film at 11.
