I've been doing (10) rep (4) set 85 lbs dumbbells and 185 lbs flat bench press. Not sure what my max 1 rep is. But I know 305 lbs is considerably more than I could do.

Well if it makes u feel better... I do a warm up of 185x10 before doing my working sets. But u shouldn't be going higher than 8 reps...4-7 is ideal... But if u want to be a moron keep doing 10...

Also what's the deal with Feedback's legs? They are tiny compared to his upper body. He looks like a walking wheel chair moron...

We'll never see a video of Geoff lifting 300lbs on any lift. Not even shrugs.

Yep, do it regularly for the same reason. Takes less than a minute to set up.

lol wat. Geoff, you look like you barely survived cancer. Come on.
Also, I know 4 people who bench 305+. 3 of them are on gear, the 4th is just large as fuck. I can bench 275 @ 175 lbs or so, how much do you weigh?

Also... How long does it take sys0p to research, purchase and execute how to convert cabergoline/dostinex in the raw powder form into an oral solution?.. Talk about narcissistic and pathetic... :olo: ...

Also... I'm not really serious about lifting... I just do it... The most serious I get about it is to take down some whey a few times a day...

I wouldn't use cabergoline, it's outdated and not really proven against progesterone related gyno. I'd use bromocriptine instead, but I no longer use steroids, and didn't ever really use progesterone based compounds even when I did.

I'm a testosterone, slin and gh guy.

You can't bench 300lbs, and you'll never post a video proving it.
