Fixed:

removed all of the configstrings I added, which should make it less laggy
fixed a bug with the turrets
fixed juggling a bit, shotgun was causing a few minor issues
fixed railgun bouncing
removed some stupid check which was causing clients to not connect properly

Added:

health / armour / ammo bars
self damage / kb / splash damage for each weapon
team damage / kb / splash damage for each weapon
bleeding / burning screen effects
5 line message of the day
stuffed some awards together so it could potentially have twice as many awards
assist / capture / defense awards are now persistant again
spreadfire crosshair tweaking
thirdperson crosshair tweaking
thirdperson view is see-through
