I'm not very good speaking in public but I'll pull thru... Hopefully my topic will make it a little easier... My speech is about the correlation between shorter heights and prison time. My attention getter will be "did u know that the midget and dwarf populations have the highest incarceration rates?" I think the comedy and chump factor of short ppl will keep the audience entertained enough for me to forget about my anxiety...

Any thoughts on the matter?... Lol?...

In the 1980's there was not one dwarf or midget in the jail population of 750 to 800 criminals over 10 years but I guess, things could be different now, particularly where you live.

BTW... What part of town u live in? I heard a story the other day on npr about some neighborhood(starts with a "S") in London that's getting gentrified. Specifically remembering how they mentioned the nice thing about this area is rich...and poor ppl live together... But times are changing... Doesn't sound good for the poors in the neighborhood. I'm guessing the millionaires don't live in tiny boxes so my early condolences dude... ...

For sure, I don't have the nicest place in Holland Park, I just have a nice place in Holland Park. There's houses on my road going for £70+ million.

The main thing is that I own properties totalling around £4 million, and just under £2 million of that is equity.

I'm sorted for life, buddy, and I did it all in ten years.

Anyway, posting this from a beautiful converted barn in the Cotswolds. Gonna enjoy this success with my girlfriend for the weekend

some of those places look like they used to be entire houses complete with servants quarters before being chopped up into apartments. speaks volumes about the insanity of London prices
