Hey ToxicBug, in answer and at 29, I think I'd call you an adult but some do say, you're as old as you as the person you feel
I saw in recent days a ~25 year old ask their Mum for payment at the reception desk of the local Doctor so figure if you can pay you way in life you're an adult. Can you?

I can, but I don't think it really matters. What if your parents are rich and your life is already set?
