Trying to find a Quake 3 Arena Screen and AUdio Recorder. Fo

I have tried a few even camtasia but that was expected to have issues. I DL some recorder but "couldnt find the quake3.exe". Which IT did but claimed otherwise. I have a russian quake 3 arena and love to share that on YT. The sounds are professional and the fonts etc.
Suggestions?Plus I'd be recording on someone elses server who doesnt have the Demo recorder on. Another part of the issue. Thanks!

I don't know anything about Russian or any other language mutations of Quake III Arena. Even Germany does not have its own language mutation. Do you have original game? Did you download unofficial packs? What happens when you try to record screen capture rather than directly game screen? If you have only game camcoder, then try out OBS (Open Broadcaster Software), which is designed mainly for live streaming, but it is also capable of recording screen to a video file. It's multiplatform software (for Windows, Linux and Mac mainly), so you won't have troubles with compatibility. It's user friendly. Do not download OBS Classic, it's an obsolete and not supported version of OBS. Instead give OBS Studio a try 'cause that's the version that is most up to date and under active development.
