Good point about reading ingredients.

I have trouble with "Natural Flavors." I often have to wait on hold to get a silly answer like, "Sir, the natural flavoring comes from the mixture of the roasted onion and vinegar. Nothing to worry about."

Trust me, if you knew what happenes to your food in the back of a supermarket, you would wash them real good.

When I used to work in the produce, I could never resist the temptation of a skid fully loaded with strawberies, so I would eat them, then get mad sulfer problems a fiew hours later. Due to the shit they spray them with.
