A damn sight better than I can do.
But I don't know what that counts for.

I want to make a comic for my website...like an online comic, but I don't know the first damn thing about making comics. Although I can make sketches :icon32:

You need to learn about anatomy and crosshatching.
Minus one point for the thong, but plus one point for giving her realistic tits. Too often comic style babes have size triple Z breasts.
You need to learn how to draw clothing folds, too.
Edit: Also think about your composition in a 3D space.

How the hell do you manage to be completely unfunny every single time you post in one of my topics?
edit: oh and if you must know how someone goes about dressing themselves, it goes like this; pick a pair of boxers, pick some pants, pick a shirt, put them on and BAM like emril you just kicked yourself up a knotch. I hope that was educational.
since i'm on the ball, here's one more question: How the hell are you a moderator?

It would be a little better if you had spent as much time on he arms as you did on her tits.. Arms don't bend below the shoulder and her forearm is atrophying on the and her left arm is missing a tricep. Her chin looks like someone cut a big chunk of it off, she has definition in one calf, but her other leg probably has cankles, and I think she has a broken eye as well

I gave you straight criticism.
Learn anatomy. You're drawing a generic silhouette. Anyone can do that. You need to understand how the major muscles wrap around each other to produce that silhouette. Then you'll be able to draw a figure in any pose.
You draw worse than I did when I was in the third grade. I'm serious.
Detail is easy. Focus less on detail and more on form. When you add detail, try to stay within the lines, for fucking god's sake. Look at the clip on the gun in her right hand.
Also learn something about line quality and line width. You're running over the same line many times with your pen, creating a scratchy and uncertain look.
Think about fucking light sources. You've got shadows in all directions on her face and holster.
Think about things before you draw it out. Why would her uhh ninja bandana be whisping in the wind, but her hair and the thing under her right arm aren't?
