Your first problem with the PB error
Which I didn't see the exact error.
Most likey your being kicked for the following error:

Meaning all the alt+248 which comes up with :icon10: ° and such.
Show us what name you used when you tried to connect to the server that permanent banned you.
By the way. The server you went on was setup to ban people after a certain time which didn't meet the server requirements.
Say for instance you have some server admin that wants to make
everyone come on the server with a name of "Dumb-ass". He can restrict using PB everyone not meeting that requirement from playing on his server.
The GUID ban. Globally. Well since PB has been working on some database lists of cheaters and other invalid keys. You might well have been banned globally just because a server admin made up there config that way. Sucks if they did.
I'm going way too far into this. But to make a long post shorter than this.
