When I tried to access Device Manager I got the error:
Snap-in failed to initialize,
Name:Device Manager
CLSID:{74246BFC-4C96-11D0-ABEF-0020AF6B0B7A}
So I Googled it and found one result...it said to get this one reg fix...so I got it and now Device Manager gives me an "Action Cancelled" page.
