I want to remove half that shit in the menu but can't find it, I've already removed about 3 items from inside the registry but where I removed those the rest isn't there...how can I remove the rest of that unwanted crap?

All the ones with the book icon are winrar, and you cna remove them in winrar preferences. If you can't, ditch the 'pay for it when there are perfectly good free alternatives' winrar and pick up 7-zip or IZArc, both free and legal. Warm fuzzy feeling guaranteed.
The top ones are winamp and if you can't adjust them via winamp preferences (I'm almost certain you can) then you can probably find a 3rd party tool to remove them (check winamp.com plugins or such).
The copy-to CD, Queue-it-up, playlist and media player ones are all Windows Media Player. If you can't remove those via media player preferences, try this: http://help.lockergnome.com/lofiversion ... 30133.html
