error loading pbab

I did a complete reinstall on my Q3. I started with the original disc, loaded the last point release, "extracted" the pb\htm to my Q3 file, but I can't play MP. I get "pb client in distress"...or something like that. After I'm kicked it, tells me "error loading pbab." Can you guys tell me what I did wrong?

Something went wrong with the PB install but that's easily fixed: download pbweb and run it from your quake3/pb directory.

Well, I tried that but it's the same. I could be doing some thing basic the wrong way. I noticed that I have a Q3arena file under programs, and also as its own folder not under programs. could I be saving this file to the wrong folder? See...this is why I never did this, I knew it was gonna kick my ***!

Well now, I re-ran the pbweb a few times, and its working. go figure. Thank you for your help, sir.
