Soggy biscuit, also called limp biscuit, is a game reputedly played in the private secondary schools of England. The players stand around a biscuit and masturbate with the intention of ejaculating onto it. The last person to ejaculate is considered the loser and has to eat the biscuit. The participants do not necessarily identify as homosexual.

The game has also reportedly been played in college fraternity hazing and other hazing rituals.

I always wondered where fred got the name for the band.

There was a strong rumour at my old school that some of the teachers had done this

And we knew it as (as in, someone told me it was called that, not in a we tried it way) soggy biscuit.
