i printed off a list of the commands for excessive plus, but wen i enter them in the console it says that its not a proper command, and says type /help, i did that and the commands that i was looking for didnt come up, wats going on!?

i wanted know how to do this because i was on a server where the rocket launcher had the fire rate of the machine gun, so did the rail, and the lightning gun made loads of explosions on the target, i thought these weapons were PHAT! And i was wondering how they did it

i went on a ctf game once and the health started at 300, and refilled after a while if u'd been shot, also if u fell from a big drop u didnt lose health. can anyone tell me how to do that please?
