Re: Mashup Call - Q3skOreDM1_beta
Chretien: I also have a CTF map where you have to "capture" four extra spots near the middle of the map which gives your flag extra protection. That one is a little more complex. :sly: Uh and I also have a TDM map that is a double domination clone :D Silicone_Milk: Yes, and I remember thos...

Re: Mashup Call - Q3skOreDM1_beta
Going through some old stuff on this forum, I found out that the links were broken in my postings - pictures and maps are back up now!
By the way: Did anybody ever do anything with these? And since I still have a lot of map files lying around - is anybody interested in these as well?

Re: State of GTKradiant? - ZeroRad Development
This might be really heavy (or not), but is it possible to make it so that you can undock the texture and ent inspector from each other so that they are two seperate windows and also, make an option to put windows always on top. So that I can always have the surface inspector where ever I want it a...

Re: State of GTKradiant? - ZeroRad Development
I have now figured why I couldn't get the game data into the editor - seems like the latest revision doesn't supply the /tools and so forth. Checking out an earlier revision does the trick though: svn checkout -r29 https://zerowing.idsoftware.com/svn/rad ... ack/trunk/ ./games/Q3Pack It's very weird...

Re: State of GTKradiant? - ZeroRad Development
The temptation... it never fades...
Edit: This got me far enough to get a Radiant error - "Didn't find any game file descriptions". But I did checkout the game files to GtkRadiant/games! Yet too stupid to figure that last bit out...

No, I was until now trying to create the .deb from the .rpm. I'm still a gnu noob when it comes to building stuff from source. Will see what I can do :) Apart from that, I'm currently instaling ioquake3 :) Aparently stuff has happened since I last looked at the scenery around the gpl released q3 sou...

Problems occur when I try to make it into a .deb package with alien. It always spits out a couple of errors (it seems as if it couldn't find some dependencies or something like that). Yet I just found out that the actually built directories and files that it spits out are useable. I have to find out...

Its never too late for a rerelease - Q3A ELECTRONICS!!!
Hey there die-hard editors :) It has been three years and I'm currently studying Computer Engineering, and something in the classes about "AND-Gates" and "OR-Gates" felt really familiar. It then came to my mind that I had taken down all my quake stuff, which is a pity imho, so he...

Off course, just go ahead and do whatever you want with it foo :) Yet I have to announce that yes, I fired up my gtkradiant again :) Started on some compiles (there was already lots of stuff to fix still, walls I deleted and such...). So maybe some of you want to wait until I release a cleaner versi...

ah yes, it all comes back :) bridge area: dunno about that, I did put a teleport in the middle of the water, yet I don't think that its that obvious. I would hate to just clip the water off though... Item could be a good idea. Jumppads: noted. Sparklie: yes, seen that as well :) Wanted to have a lot...
