It's kind of funny comparing the Nazis of WWII to their current imitation. It took massive amounts of firepower to break the resolve of the common Nazi soldier, whereas in 2020 they can be defeated by a sarcastic tweet or a 2-minute jog.

Gramps, question, if the vote ends up with Biden having just a tiny majority (in the electoral college), do you expect Trump to just salute you all and make way for Biden to get installed?

Why bother asking the half-wit? He's just going to post a Jimmy Dore video instead of sharing his own thoughts. He's a white supremacist and like Trump, will support anything to push his agenda.

The biggest difference here is that people like Gramps refuse to be objective. For instance, I can say I think Nancy Pelosi is a hypocrite with the hair cut thing without the mask, I can say I don't like Chuck Schumer's constant politicking, and I can say I feel the Dems have been weak holding this administration to account for their crimes. I am as of this year now a registered Democrat (have been an Independent my entire life).

For any Trumper, they refuse to even acknowledge any wrongdoing by the president and just talk about what the left is doing. It's bullshit and talking with people like Gramps is a waste of time. Give up on them and focus on folks who aren't decided or are choosing to NOT vote.

Wasting time on morons like Gramps is just that as having an good faith conversation is not something people like Gramps are capable of.

I had someone express their concerns about Biden's mental state and I asked, "why is there no critique of Trump in contrast?". I received no answer to that.

Yeah that's exactly what's going on.
I feel that proper leadership needs to be able to look at itself and find and admit its own faults. However, with the republicans not doing this while (in general) Democrats do, I bet it makes Democrats look weak and unorganized to floating voters.

The issue is, the Democrats are playing by the rules but not being strong on enforcement. I'm sure there's a reason for it, but to your point they do look weak.

However Trump, the DOJ, the Senate, and several lifetime appointed judges by Trump have dismantled and stopped all accountability in a major power grab.

The Republicans know they cannot win a fair election and after backing 3.5 years of Trump's corruption, they know that when this comes to light it is likely a party-ending kind of thing. They are doubling down on this because they ALL don't want to face the music. Including the moderate Democrats who also supported this.

Democrats not being strong is more of a symptom of Republicans blocking any semblance of checks and balances. They don't want to play a strong hand only to be shot down much like Trump impeachment proceedings went with the Senate refusing to even hear witnesses or evidence. Even now, republicans are looking at ways to invalidate election results in key swing states by using the DOJ to appoint individuals that will invalidate the election results and will instead choose the election winner. This is one of the reasons why they're so anxious to fill that supreme court position so quick, so that when the legal challenges inevitably come they'll have stacked courts to side with them. They're openly discussing this right now at the white house. This is the plan.

This is a straight up coup and you have to be a fucking idiot not to see it happening and if that is better than Biden then you're just a fucking asshole. An asshole who's subjecting their kids to a future not a lot unlike China's current system. If I was American, I'd leave the country and look to move to Canada or overseas. Gwamps probably gets a kick out of being the "rebel" but that short feeling of fucking over the majority of voters in your country is going to cost him dearly in the future. It reminds me a lot of that cartoon of Wiley coyote sawing off the branch he's standing on just to get the roadrunner. The stupidity is profound.

I sincerely doubt Canada or Mexico for that matter would be willing to take any refuges from the States unless they were highly qualified individuals and beyond any doubt CV free. Just saying

Nah, if you think about it, all the trump supporters are gonna stay and that's really the only people I wouldn't want around here.

I should also mention that gwamps is complicit in the coming protests, the people that will get killed because of them, the possible civil war that's caused by Trumps corrupt acts etc... Your hands aren't clean buddy, everyone around you is telling you how it is but you choose to ignore it and instead choose to support the person responsible for it all. You can't escape your civic responsibility in the coming turmoil. Those raising the alarm, choosing to vote him out, protesting his corruption can at least wash their hands clean come election day when it's stolen by Trump.
