raw-one (msrip) went down before I could find out what kind o beer you're brewing.
Ale? Lager?
Anyone else doing any home brewing? I know Fender did/does.

the ales here tend not to be at all like the ones in Britain. Here they are usually light in colour and comparitively light in taste.

I've done it at home but it is a lot of work.
It's easier to do it at a brew place and have access to fresher ingredients and lots of recipes than at home , IMO
