raw-one (msrip) went down before I could find out what kind o beer you're brewing.

Ale? Lager?

Anyone else doing any home brewing? I know Fender did/does.

the ales here tend not to be at all like the ones in Britain. Here they are usually light in colour and comparitively light in taste.

as for the ales, i dont think i can ever acquire the taste, brit stuff might be diff but i still gag at the site of the stuff :tear:

I've done it at home but it is a lot of work.
It's easier to do it at a brew place and have access to fresher ingredients and lots of recipes than at home , IMO

I've got a couple bottles left of a Vanilla Porter. I've got a couple gallons left of a Celebration Ale, very similar to Great Lakes Christmas Ale. And I've got a batch of Belgian Dubble ready for bottling. :drool: :drool: :drool:
