i agree with intuitiveness and interface.Tormentius wrote:Less technical failures (from what I've heard/read anyways), click-wheel, better interface on the software side, and a nicer form factor.+JuggerNaut+ wrote:how?
techical failures? i'm assuming we're still comparing with the Zen. DAP forums have noted that the Zen is VERY reliable. the Zen has had very good track record.
form factor? more of a fashion statement. there's nothing special about how it's shaped. it doesn't sit in your hand or your pocket any better than the Zen. it's white, big deal.
Well i got mine this morning.werldhed wrote:Haven't used one, but tell us what you think of it when you get it. I'm planning on buying one myself and I'd like to hear your opinion.
Im currently messing around with it now. If you're comparing it to the iPod then the LCD isn't as good (but not bad). The touch thing is actually ok. I've only been on it a few mins and getting used to it. But the sound quality. Oh my god its so crisp and vibrant.

remember, i bought both an ipod 4G and a Zen NX(?) and had them both for a little over a week to test them out. even though it looks like i rip on the ipod, i'm merely pointing out to some sheep that there are good alternatives. it's a toss up between those two, and if i would have kept one, i probably would have gone with the ipod for the simple fact that there are tons of optional hardware to choose from. the stock headphones have to go though, they're terrible, but some people NEED to let others see that they have the ipod white phones so they know what they're toting.saturn wrote:go troll the ipodlounge forums again, juggs :]

vs

Form factor and interface make a big difference IMO. Again though its not that the Zen is a bad product persay, I just prefer the iPod (especially for the sheer amount of add-ons).

Just to add its quite a marmite product, you either love it or hate it. Try it out before you buyDiscoDave wrote:Well i got mine this morning.werldhed wrote:Haven't used one, but tell us what you think of it when you get it. I'm planning on buying one myself and I'd like to hear your opinion.
