Whether it's worth the money, that's up to you. Have you asked your friends the local prices and where they get it from? (more importantly; if they have used from/or know their sources).

It's good to know the details before getting into something.

For a better run of your money, I think ketamine is less expensive; pending where you get it from, anywhere between £10 to £20 per gram.

It doesn't make you feel like you have superpowers, that's movie hype at it's best. Coke is actually used medically for numbing up your eye socket when performing eye surgury. It also used to be used for dentistry. It has a numbing effect on the tissue. Ever hear of novacain?

Psychologically coke tends to lower your inhibitions much like alcohol does, the main difference imo being that you are more alert and aware compared to alcohol. And your nasal cavity/ jaw etc will be numb to some extent. I've heard several girls say that coke makes them very horny, however for me and other guys I have talked to it doesn't. I think the girls are misinterpreting horniness with simply relaxed inhibitions. In that respect I would liken it to alcohol. Comparing coke to extacy, ex makes people way hornier and is in my opinion a funner drug. However strong ex will kill your erection capability for 6-12 hours. Kind of a catch 22, you're super horny and can't get it up. Lame eh?

As for trying it, doing it once is not going to make you addicted. The same as doing a few stiff shots of alcohol isn't going to make you an alcoholic. I say try it out if you want, especially if there's some chicks around you want to get naked with. If you are looking for a going out drug I would recommend ex instead, but be warned you will have zero inhibitions on that shit and so you'll have to control yourself from groping hot chicks. Better to find a chick that wants to do some with you and then head back to her place.

I'm going to visit some friend of mine in brighton in a few weeks. I thought it'd be interresting to try out cocaine; i heard it's rather cheap in the uk. What are the prices like? Is it worth it? Schould i do it?

It is possible to get a gram for as low as £35 here (I'm up north though), but I wouldn't be suprised to see you pay around the £45/£50 mark if you did decide to give it a shot.

sure, try coke. It's fun, very addictive but if you have a strong mind, go for it. For the love of christ don't try crack (or smoking cocaine). ever. that shit is too fucking incredible and will get you addicted the first time.
the coke high is really nice. when i think of bud i think slow, stupid, fucked up high, smiliar to a good drunk. coke on the other hand, gives you this 'sharp' feeling but you don't really care about physical objects. its weird but lots of fun.

Coke is a serious drug, don’t be stupid and experiment with it. I know this is some musician you never heard of, but there are tons of people addicted to this crap. If you think you wont get addicted I bet that’s what most of them said, yeah there is a chance you wont but there is a bigger chance that you will. I’ve known a few friends who have gone down this road, some make it others are seriously fucked up now. Stealing money from their parents and friends, bouncing between jobs so they can buy more of this crap and other similar drugs.
