So far i got the FSB running @ 222 instead of 200 but everytime
i go higher than that it freezes and refuses to start so i gotta reset
the mobo etc
How do i ramp it up more?

What core? I have the same processor and have been thinking about overclocking mine as well.
I have it on a memory divider so my RAM is running stock FSB, but with tight timings. If you aren't crashing from overheating, then you might need to up your voltages. When I O/C'd mine I had to up the voltage on my CPU, only very slightly though.
