I would like to know if there is a way to have
architectural drawings (like plans) of the standard
Quake 3 levels.
If anyone know somethnig
i would appreciate.
Thanx
You could devmap the map and /noclip /r_clear 1 outside of it then take a screenshot.
Or decompile it and take a screenshot of the .map.
Only the first one is 100% legal. Second one i don't know. Why do you need them?
Probably just to get used to the maps. But i think that the best way to get acquainted with maps is to just cruise around it yourself until you can walk backwards through it

There's no legal issue with decompiling a map, it's distribution or development from that point which gets iffy.
if you're a bit technically minded and don't mind 5 mins on google, i remember seeing a bsp viewer that could do wireframes - it was written in java or python or something and had one of those godawful websites where everything's written in dark blue on a purple background.
