Insperational.

That's it. The fucking nitwit on another board made a one word post and misspelled the fucking word. I make my share of fuck-ups but if you're going to post one word, how about making sure it's right? Fucker.

Two more that made me batty:

We employ several inturns here.

There's a glowball cool down on that. (most creative spelling of global ever).

And maybe this will help foose:

Remember it as two seperate words. To and Morrow.

You wouldn't start the word morrow with two m's so it's fairly easy to remember. (I remember seeing old english texts where they would say "on the morrow" meaning tomorrow.

where did you get that?

Sad, really but bullies and western society appear as inextricably interleaved as zealot suicide orgies and the middle east.

Can't help but feel like there's some kind of implcit bullying tone in current politics, art and entertainment as a mainstream catalyst. Something akin to complete and total domination of one's "adversaries" are the only key to undeniable victory. What happened to tolerance, compassion and reason in achieving resolution?

How many "ultimate" fighters suffer / will suffer brain damage or permanent debilitating injury for our twisted lust after some kind of viscerally vindictive itch? Why can't it be a simple boxing match, where a knocked down opponent is given a fair chance for revival--is the victory more satisfying when the recipient of a knockout punch is continually bashed in the face and head after he's unconscious?

Anyone else sick of hearing shit like "the only solution is to nuke the whole god damned middle east," or "turn that fucking desert into black glass," as another example?

I'd just like to point out that Boxing is much more damaging and dangerous than MMA, as the only way to win is to punch your opponent in the head, and you are given the opportunity to get back up and fight after you are knocked down/out to keep getting brain damage. In an mma fight you will probably take fewer than 4 good punches before you are unable to intelligently defend, and the ref steps in. In a boxing match, hundreds of times you recieve hard blows to the head. Never mind the gloves are bigger in boxing, that isn't as much a factor in not receiving concussions.

I see your point when it comes to submission holds, however when it comes to the destructive force sheer blow for blow, I disagree entirely, there's no way you can convince me there's a parallel. For example, in professional boxing, what force can a fighter impose even close to stomping a downed opponent in the face with the full weight of his airborne body?

While it's true that it is more forceful, it just isn't going to happen much. There has yet to be a death in sanctioned MMA, and there's been hundreds in boxing, not including brain damage.
